ACCOMMODATIONS
The conference hotel is The Court Hotel. It is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan within walking distance of the CUNY Graduate Center (where the conference will take place), Grand Central Terminal, Bryant Park, the United Nations, and Times Square.
As of June 13, 2016, the Court Hotel has sold out of discounted rooms, but non-discounted rooms are still available at the Court hotel and the Tuscany hotel next door.
Affordable Accommodations

Couchsurfing.com is a free service that connects members to a global community of travelers. Use Couchsurfing to find a place to stay or share your home and hometown with travelers.
There are a number of budget hotels in the vicinity of The Court and in the vicinity of Columbia University. Tripadvisor is an excellent resource for trip-planning and there is a list of budget hotels available. Make sure to check hotel websites to get the best deals.
